To cater to New Age millennials who are well-travelled and knowledgeable, surprise them with this Swedish Christmas Prawns Salad this festive season:
- 700gm Prawns
- 300gm Scallop
- 400ml Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise
- 12gm Knorr Lime powder
- 12gm Lemon zest
- 30gm Salmon roes
- 10gm Caviar
- 10gm Micro green herbs
- 10gm Dill
- 10gm Baby Beet root, thinly sliced
- 10gm Pink Radish, thinly sliced
- Steam seafood
- Steam prawns and scallop
- 3-6mins. Chill.
- Whisk 400ml Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise, 12g Knorr Lime powder and lemon zest, chill.
- Add seafood with dressing, mould salad and add garnishes, serve.
